Member Survey

MOTM will occasionally conduct member survey on topics of club wide interest. In case a survey is to be conducted, the members will be informed well in advance the objectives and requirements for the intended survey. The survey subject box below will be opened for members to submit their feedbacks on the survey topic. Results of the survey conducted will be also communicated to all members afterwards. Your support to the MOTM member survey is crucial to provide strategic direction,  to improve the operation of MOTM as well as to identify opportunities in enhencing services to our members.
